Before the day
Planning
Menu built around your preferences and your guests’ requirements, with a site visit to the residence beforehand.

Crew arrive discreetly, set up out of the way, and work from the kitchen you use or from equipment we bring.

Guests arrive
Canapé and beverage service from the moment the door opens. You are with your guests, not in the kitchen.
19:30
Dinner
Seated service paced to the table rather than to the clock. Courses land when the room is ready for them.
22:30
Clear
Kitchen returned to the state we found it in. Plates, glassware and linen leave with us.
The next morning
Nothing
No delivery to return, no equipment in the hallway, no follow-up required.
Discretion
What we will never do.
We do not photograph private homes or private guests. We do not name private clients, publish testimonials from them, or reference their events in any form of marketing — including in conversation with other clients.
Crew are vetted, briefed on household expectations before arrival, and bound by confidentiality as a condition of employment. If your circumstances require a specific non-disclosure agreement, send it and we will sign it.
The private work that matters most to us is the work you will never see referenced anywhere.

Private catering questions
How do you protect our privacy?
Discretion is a working practice, not a promise. We do not photograph private engagements, we do not name private clients in any marketing, and our crew sign confidentiality agreements as a condition of employment. Where a client requires a specific non-disclosure agreement, we will sign yours.
Do we need a particular kind of kitchen at home?
No. We assess the space beforehand and bring whatever the menu requires. Most residential kitchens are workable; where they are not, we bring mobile equipment and set up out of sight. The measure of a good night is that you never notice the logistics.
What staff come with the service?
Typically a chef and kitchen support, plus service staff scaled to guest numbers and format. Where the evening calls for it we can arrange wait staff, a bar service and [sommelier or beverage service]. All crew are briefed on the household’s expectations before arrival.
Is there a minimum spend for private catering?
Yes. Private engagements generally start at [$0,000], which reflects the planning, staffing and equipment involved in bringing a full service into a private home. We would rather tell you that upfront than after a tasting.
